Do you accept my insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of service by HSA/FSA debit cards, credit card, cash, check, or Apple pay. Insurance companies often reimburse for out-of-network services. We will provide you with the appropriate documentation needed for you to pursue reimbursement directly from your insurance company.

Why are you out-of-network?

The traditional insurance model prevents us providing you with the best treatment possible. Insurance companies only care about your getting back to your ADLs (ie dressing yourself, walking up your stairs). We care about getting you back to doing what you love- both thriving in and sustaining your passions! The out-of-network provider structure allows us to work with your one-on-one (no aids or assistants) for a full hour or more.

How long will my bike fit take?

Your bike fit is personalized to your body mechanics and fitness goals and will take approximately 3 hours.

What should I bring to my bike fit?

To replicate your normal riding position, please bring your clean bike, riding shoes, bike shorts, and jersey. If your fit is for a tri or TT bike, please bring your aero helmet.
